Deadline Desk · SARS, CIPC, UIF

Your company’s SARS, CIPC and UIF deadlines, on one calendar.

The next 12 months of SARS, CIPC and UIF deadlines, each with the rule behind it, the official wording it comes from, and a list of what to gather first.

Dates checked against official sources on 27 September 2026. Always confirm on the official portal.

It prepares. It never files.

Your registered tax practitioner, or you on the official portal, does the submitting.

Every date shows its source.

Open any deadline to read the exact official wording behind it.

Your company details stay on your device.

No account and no upload. The free calendar is gone when you close the tab.

Company owners

Know what is due before it is due.

Answer a few questions about your company and get its VAT, PAYE, UIF, provisional tax, income tax, CIPC annual return and B-BBEE affidavit dates for the year, with a reminder file for your calendar. Free.

Accounting practices

Every client on one board, under your name.

Keep a roster of client companies, see what is due this week across all of them, and send each client a deadline pack and calendar with your practice’s name and logo on it. Your practice keeps the registration and does the filing.

Deadline Desk Practice

Your client list, on one board.

Built for practices that keep other companies compliant. The same primary-sourced dates as the free calendar, across every client, under your own name.

SARS states that a natural person who completes or helps complete a return for another person, or advises another person on how a tax Act applies, must register as a tax practitioner unless an exemption in section 240(2) of the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011 applies. Deadline Desk stays on the preparation side: it works out the dates and lists the evidence, and your practice files.
  • Client roster on your device. As many companies as you look after. Nothing about them leaves the device; download a backup when you like.
  • The board. What is due in the next 7 days and the next 30, across every client, soonest first.
  • Your name and logo. On every calendar event, checklist and client pack you make.
  • Client deadline pack. A printable year at a glance with the evidence checklist and the source for every date.
  • Bulk calendar export. One file with every client’s deadlines, each event named for the client.

How the dates are worked out

  • SARS dates that land on a weekend or public holiday move to the last business day before, as section 244 of the Tax Administration Act requires.
  • CIPC annual returns for companies are counted in business days, the way section 5(3) of the Companies Act says to count them.
  • Public holidays come from the official gov.za list for 2026 and 2027. A date in a later year carries a warning.
  • Where a source gives no weekend rule, the date is shown exactly as the source states it.
  • Where an official date for this cycle has not been published yet, the app says so and shows no date.

Not covered yet

  • Public holidays for 2028 and later (gov.za has not published them)
  • VAT Category D or E periods ending in months other than the standard ones, approved on application
  • Provisional tax for individuals and trusts
  • Dividends tax, turnover tax, carbon tax, customs and excise
  • Beneficial ownership updates when an owner changes (outside the annual return)
  • SETA skills plans, Employment Equity reports and OHS obligations
  • Penalty amounts (the app shows no penalty figures)
